| Lance Stephen Diamond, President and CEO of Owners Comfort Condominium Management Corporation has over 40 years of solid "hands-on" business experience in the For Profit and Not for Profit sectors. He has held responsible positions as Financial Controller and Secretary Treasurer where he has a proven track record of improvement to the Financial Statements. Mr. Diamond has also consulted for various CPA firms. Additionally, Mr. Diamond holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Psychology/Organizational Behavior from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Public Accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York.
Mr. Diamond is also familiar with the New York State Legislature - Real Property Article 9-B - Condominium Act.
Mr. Diamond is not only a condo manager, he is also a condo owner!
